Our programs are designed to maximize athletic performance through a combination of strength development, speed / agility work, injury prevention strategies, and individualized progress tracking. We don’t just train hard — we train smart, helping athletes build the physical tools, confidence, and durability needed to compete at their best and stay in the game longer.

This program is designed to not only make you stronger, but overall a better athlete. It starts with a workout specific warm up, followed by a complex exercise, accessory exercises and conditioning. The goal of this class is to make our athletes move better/ faster by developing strength, mobility, balance and core strength!

Class Schedule

Starting October 20th, 2025

1 Session per week

Available time slots:

Tuesdays 6pm

Wednesdays 7pm

Thursdays 8pm

Saturday 12pm

Please contact us for an optional add on 2nd session per week

Makeup sessions will be available. Please contact us and we will arrange it.
