Common Questions

What if my athlete misses a Monday?
Makeup sessions are available — no session goes to waste. Just let us know in advance and we'll get her in.
What does my athlete need to bring?
Athletic shoes, water bottle, and workout clothes she can move in. We provide all equipment.
Is this safe for younger athletes?
Yes. Every session is coach-led with progressions appropriate for the athlete. The warm-up and accessory work is specifically designed to reduce injury risk.
How is this different from regular practice?
Practice builds softball skills. This camp builds the engine — strength, speed, power, mobility — so those skills show up faster, harder, and more consistently when it counts.
